My name is Aza'Rion Destinova of the Wildwood Clan, I hail from Gridania. I choose the path of a Gladiator, to protect my allies so they may win the day is my purpose. I was just a boy then of 10, when the Garlean Empire started invading the north, when Ala Mhigo fell. I was so lost, the path before me was many and obscure. What was the direction I should go? Since there was so much strife and hatred around I did not care. Though I kept safe, one of my close friends was taken in a battle. No longer would I just stand by watching, waiting to be taken as well. From henceforth I vowed, with sword and shield in hand, to stop the evil that threatens this land, our land, our home, EORZEA.
