Talk with Riley in Heiron at Research Center Overwatch after completing Researching the Lepharists once you have reached at least Level 38. Description Level 39 To Catch a Spy Cut the HP of Spy by half and bring him to Riley. Basic Reward XP †

† All quests reward XP but NCSoft is fond of changing the amounts frequently, to the point that it is simply not wise to try to track the exact amount in a wiki.

Quest Notes

You need to reduce the health of a Spy to 50% or below by the time you reach Research Center Overwatch or the mob will break away, and of course be careful not to kill it! It is probably easiest to pull him towards the Overwatch, then beat him down, but if you do not hit him often enough he will break and return to his spawn location. As you near the barricades the system will take over, finish the run, and show you a cutscene.

Be aware that, if you are grouped, a person with the quest must be the one with the aggro when you near the camp or the guards will kill the Spy. Also make sure anyone in your group that does not have the quest does NOT hit it near the guards or the guards will aggro.
