This golem and the Blazing Golem can be mezzed. The Skynate Golem cannot be mezzed.

If you need to rez, rebuff or med then killiing the Skynate Golem and leaving either of the Blazing Golem and Shivercite Golem mezzed is a good idea since you can take some time to recover while keeping 1 mezzed.
