Give the note to Camia V`Retta (155.93 -962.74 -38.74). You receive a Ruined Red Robe*.

Camia V`Retta says 'Greetings, and welcome to the Tower of the Spurned! I am Camia V'Retta, master enchantress. Here is your guild tunic, wear it with pride. Once you are ready to begin your training please make sure that you see Morgalanth Tal`Raeloen, he can assist you in developing your hunting and gathering skills. Return to me when you have become more experienced in our art, I will be able to further instruct you on how to progress through your early ranks, as well as in some of the various [trades] you will have available to you.'

Has anyone tried killing her? And if so, do the guards or anyone else agro on you?
