Looking for high level blacksmithFollow

Yeah, so I'm trying to put an Iron Lance together and I need a blacksmith to make the Iron Lance Head and Iron Lance Butt. They are R40 and R30 respectively. I have materials and will pay a fair price.

Before anyone suggests Morph Eus, he has declined stating that he "only makes complete items". Not sure what that's about but it sounds like an inflated ego to me.
